To have your product serviced under warranty, you must produce a bill of sales. Our service center is located at 4509 13th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11219. Bring or ship your product, properly packed and fully insured, to this address .

We will service in warranty merchandise under manufacturer’s terms only. Abused or dropped merchandise is not covered by warranty.
If your product is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty, a non-refundable $35.00 bench fee will be charged to evaluate your product. A work estimate will be emailed to you for your approval. As a guide only, most hardware repair is between $35.00 upto $75.00, plus cost of replacement parts. Should you decide to do the repair, the $35.00 will be credited toward the total cost of the service. Should you decide not to repair your unit, you must request that it be returned to you. Return freight charges will apply. Otherwise it will be discarded after 30 days.
