Unless stated otherwise, all our products carry full manufacturers' warranties, included with each product. Manufacturer's warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts and /or products, as set forth by manufacturer's conditions. For a list of service centers please consult the manual enclosed with your product or check the manufacturer's website. Focus Electronics reserves the right to refuse returns or make exchanges on selected products.
No returns or exchanges on the following items: computers, printers, computer chips, computer monitors and televisions over 20 inches, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, camcorders, fax machines, multizone systems, shavers and any consumables. Products requiring installation should be bench tested before installation. Items with cut wires or scratches are not returnable. Computer software, if defective, may be exchanged for the same title. Certain titles must be returned to the publisher directly. Unopened software may be returned for exchange of another title. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with all cartons, packaging material and paperwork intact. Blank warranty card and rebate coupon must be returned with merchandise. Do not damage, write, tape or alter the product, packaging or included paperwork in carton.
All merchandise is shipped fully insured. Refuse all obviously damaged cartons. In case of hidden damage, please notify us and/or carrier within three days. All claims for short-shipments must be made within three days of receipt of goods.
No returns accepted without prior authorization. RA number must appear on all returned goods. Return authorization number may be obtained by calling 800-223-3411 Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm and Fridays 10am to 2pm, or by email at email@example.com. All returns are subject to examination. Refunds and exchanges are subject to manager's discretion.
OPEN GOOD STOCK RETURNS:
All opened good stock returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise. Only goods returned in original, reselable condition will be accepted for refunds. Return authorization number and copy of invoice must be included in package.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 15 days from ship date. Focus Electronics reserves the right to refuse merchandise returned not in its original condition.
If goods are defective, read manufacturer's warranty information enclosed. Should customer need to return defective product to us, claims must be made within 15 days of receipt and we will cover freight cost of replacement only. Return authorization required.
Non-opened merchandise needs a Return Authorization number and is returned at customer's expense. They are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Refused goods, as per UPS policy, are subject to freight charges in both directions. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
COMMON CARRIER DELIVERY PROCEDURE
No returns or exchanges on air conditioners and major appliances. All air conditioners and major appliances carry manufacturers' one year warranty for parts & labor. Extended service contracts, up to five years on all parts and labor, are available. Carefully inspect goods/cartons before accepting. Your order is shipped to you fully insured. Damaged shipments should be refused. Hidden damages must be reported to Focus Electronics at 800-223-3411 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Do not discard any packaging material or paperwork. In case of damages we will process all claims. Undeliverable or good stock refused shipments are subject to freight charges in both directions, plus a 15% restocking fee.
