Larger, commercial grade fan motor runs at lower temperatures than smaller motors which protects against overheating and contributes to a longer life span for the product.

All of Friedrich thru-the-wall air conditioners sell the sleeve separately to accommodate replacement situations. If this is a first time installation, or if your existing sleeve must be replaced, a sleeve must be bought separately (Model # USC Sleeve).
